To make a quote when you are refering to text written by someone else on a blog post or in a comment, simply bookend the quote with a simple HTML tag like this:

<blockquote>So-and-so said this.</blockquote>

What you will get is something like this:

So-and-so said this.

Check out the tags just below the commenting section on each blog post for more XHTML tags.

  1. Ok, iI can use the blue quote box fine with my blogs. But I am not able to hyperlink.
    I am using the suggestion-
    Wikipedia Hyperlink . The result will look like this Wikipedia Hyperlink
    and entering my site where it says http://www.wikipedia.com. I am having a problem with hyperlinking, can anyone help?
    If not, maybe someone can show me on Friday night.
